The Diary game. A day out to correct any discrepancies in the details of applicants of PMAY scheme
Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.
I woke up quite early in the morning because of the chirping birds that had gathered at my window. The noise was rather annoying. Once I wake up, it’s very difficult for me to fall back asleep. That’s why I try to get up early in the morning—if I stay in bed too long, I get headaches.
After performing ablution to purify myself for the morning prayers, I went straight to the nearby mosque. The prayers had just started, and fortunately, I reached in time. I spent a good half an hour there before returning home to begin my daily routine. I watered the lawn, removed weeds, and maintained the overall aesthetics of my house.
After that, I did some physical exercise to stay fit and agile, and to burn off excess calories, which can otherwise prove to be harmful.
Once done with my morning activities, I had breakfast with my parents, who were already waiting for me at the dining table. After finishing breakfast, I got ready for the office as I had to visit the nearest village to verify some PMAY housing scheme applicants and determine whether they were eligible for financial support.
As the assignment was time-sensitive, I set off for my official work. On reaching there, I began my day-long journey. The residential area was located in an arduous terrain, and though it was quite tough, I faced the challenge with a positive attitude. My never-give-up approach helps me complete such tasks with ease.
Today, I had to visit Laden village of Block Nagaram, which is located more than 30 km from Srinagar and is considered the farthest village of District Budgam. I had to verify the cases of applicants who had already submitted their applications through the government’s app. My job was to check whether the details provided by the applicants were accurate. There was also an option to correct any discrepancies.
I had to visit every household listed, not only their current residences but also the proposed sites where they planned to construct their houses if granted financial assistance. These sites needed to be geotagged and captured through the PMAY-G app, which was specifically developed for this purpose. Capturing a photograph through this app ensures that the location is locked in the database so that the beneficiary cannot relocate to a different village during the construction process. It acts as a safeguard against possible embezzlement.
I was quite exhausted by the end of the day as I had to cover every corner of the village, climb hills, and descend through valleys. My feet and legs were sore.
Later in the day, I returned home around 6 PM. After arriving, I freshened up and took some rest. I had a short nap to recharge myself. Then, after having a cup of tea, I visited my nearby orchard, where apricots were ready to be plucked. I enjoyed some fresh apricots and also did a cursory check on the apple trees to see if there was any need for spraying pesticides.
That’s how I ended my day—very late in the evening, staying out in the orchard, breathing in the fresh air, and enjoying the cool breeze.
It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
