The Diary game. A Day of Learning, Work, and Worship: Training Session, Office Tasks, and Ramadan Prayers
Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.
We are in a very holy month of Ramadan, and almost half of it is already over. We strictly adhere to religious tenets when it comes to fasting and all other practices during this beautiful month. This month is full of blessings, and one can feel that, as everyone seems to be happy and charity increases during this time. Performing good deeds is a key aspect of this month, and fasting, being a fundamental pillar of our religion, is strictly observed. Fasting has numerous benefits beyond the religious ones. I can’t even imagine missing a single fast during this holy month.
Today again, I got up early in the morning at around 4:15 AM, for which I had already set an alarm. I couldn’t afford to stay in bed for long, as with each passing day, the timing for finishing the pre-dawn meal changes. Since the start of Ramadan, it has shifted by over 16 minutes. Getting up straight away, I headed to perform ablution and then joined my parents in the dining room for the meal. After finishing, I went to offer the morning prayers at the nearby mosque, where a number of people had already gathered, reciting our holy texts.
After finishing the prayer, I headed back home to get some more sleep. These days, we hardly get enough time to complete our rest, but I still managed to sleep for a few more hours in the morning so that I could stay fresh throughout the day.
Today, I had to attend an important training session at the Government Polytechnic of our district, where a senior trainer was going to talk about carbon emissions and ways to mitigate them to help our rural areas become carbon neutral. For this training session, several officials from other departments, who are frontline workers in these rural areas, were also invited.
It was quite an interesting session, and I got to learn a lot more about carbon emissions, net neutrality, and the ways to mitigate them, which was particularly fascinating. As the Rural Development Department is directly involved in the development of rural areas in our country, we are at the forefront of these initiatives, and their implementation in rural areas eventually falls on us. Therefore, attending such sessions and learning more about these initiatives is always a responsibility.
After the training session was over, we left for the afternoon prayers, after which we resumed our duties, as several bills were lying in the office that needed to be processed, having been completed in all aspects. I got busy with my work, and by around 4 PM, I left the office with the satisfaction of having accomplished the task.
Later, I had to visit the nearby town to buy a few items. While selecting them from different shops, it took me quite some time. I returned home at around 6 PM, with only half an hour left before breaking the fast. I quickly made preparations for iftar, and after breaking the fast, I went to offer the evening prayers.
Later, after having an early dinner, I offered the Ramadan special Taraweeh prayers. Once I finished the prayers, I returned home and called it a day.
It was all about my day.Thank you for going through my post. Have a great time ahead.
