The Diary game. Spraying Pesticides Amid Blossoms: A Day in the Orchards of Spring

Greetings, dear friends, how are you all? I hope you all are fine and enjoying your day. I wish for you all good health, wealth and a prosperous time ahead. Today I am here to share with you yet another day of my life and I hope you all will get time to read and know about one more day of my life and also find it worthwhile to read and vote.

I have a good habit of rising early in the morning, as I have been following this routine for a long time now, and I love it because it helps me stay fit. I have the maximum time of the day to do my work, and it also keeps me calm throughout the day. Early in the morning, I find myself performing ablution and then heading to the mosque for prayers. In our religion, all males are asked to perform the obligatory prayers in congregation with others, as it has many benefits. One that I love the most is that it helps create harmony among people—it brings them together and encourages unity. No matter how bitter the relations might be, when you come to the mosque and stand together, all that bitterness fades away. It fosters brotherhood and always carries a message of peace. Starting my day with prayers is always peaceful, and it brings me satisfaction. After making supplications, I returned home, and before I could set off for a walk toward the apple orchards on the outskirts of the village, I got a call from my uncle who told me that we were again going for spring pesticide spraying in a far-off orchard, which is located right at the top of a hill. As predicted by the meteorological department of the state, rainfall is expected in the coming week, and for that reason, to save our fruits, we need to spray pesticides to protect them from any pests. If left untreated, these pests can lead to a huge financial loss.

It is always an exciting thing for me to do, as it not only gives me an opportunity to manage my orchard but also allows me to keep an eye on the fruits right from the start. It helps me learn more about different varieties of apples and the ways we maintain them and ensure their quality. It’s also exciting for another reason—we go for spring pesticide spraying in these areas as a group, and we enjoy each other’s company. At least one member from each family that owns an orchard in that part of the village comes along with us, and this time is always enjoyable as we crack jokes, discuss various things, and help each other while spraying.

We usually carry water in a tractor on which we have fitted a Supra pump and SH. It’s quite easy for us to spray pesticides in these far-off orchards; otherwise, if the spray pump had to be carried there manually, the task would have been even more challenging. These days, going toward these orchards or far-off areas is a delight and a pleasure because flowers have blossomed everywhere, and our beautiful valley looks more like a paradise, with different colors of flowers in various areas imparting a tremendous appearance.

Today, I had to prepare sites at two places, and to finish the job at the second orchard, I had to wait until all the other people sprayed the pesticides, because one of my watch points was at the end of the stretch where we had to do our work. As such, I had to wait until everyone else finished their jobs. I was quite exhausted throughout the day, and later, upon reaching home, I couldn’t do anything else. I went to sleep right after freshening up. As a result, I didn’t go out today, and in the evening, I had my dinner early as I was feeling sleepy, and I went to bed a little earlier than usual.
