Contest : My Role Model
Hello good afternoon to all steemian friends, how are you today? Hopefully all are still in good health and always under the protection of Allah SWT so that they can carry out all activities well. Alhamdulillah on this occasion I am back to participate in the contest held by friends @alfazmalek with the theme "My Role Model"
A role model is someone whose behavior, example, or success is an example to be imitated by others, especially the younger generation. However, so many people choose people to be role models in life just because the person is famous. In fact, to make a role model or example, you have to consider many things, not just because they are famous. Good character and behavior are things that must be considered if you want to make them a role model. Because by making someone a role model, we will automatically follow their every step. Sometimes their character is not appropriate to be applied in our lives.
Moreover, the person we want to be a role model is only known through cyberspace, such as we know him on the Steemit platform. Everyone has a role model in their life, both because of their life and work and their personality that inspires them. Many people live their lives by considering various special individuals as role models in their daily lives. Moreover, in Islam we are highly encouraged to emulate the lives of others who are better than us to be used as examples. In my opinion, making a role model is not only because he is famous but the most important thing is that we really believe that the person has good morals and character. There is nothing wrong with making humans our role models as long as they can provide a positive influence in our lives.
In my life, besides my parents, there is a role model with a great personality who is a role model. A figure who is not only a role model for me but also for all mankind, especially Muslims. He is the Prophet Muhammad SAW who is the best figure of all time until now. He is the most beloved prophet by Muslims and the prophet is the last or the prophet of the end of time. The Prophet Muhammad SAW has an extraordinary character and is known as an honest, gentle and loving figure. The Prophet Muhammad SAW is an exemplary figure in life, where his exemplary behavior can be seen from his morals, leadership, and teachings.
The figure of the Prophet Muhammad is the most influential figure recognized worldwide, not only by Muslims. As a devout Muslim, I use him as a role model in every step of life even though his attitudes and actions are very far from his attitude. But I always try my best to at least approach his character. Prophet Muhammad SAW was always honest (As-Sidiq) and trustworthy (Al-Amin). Hopefully all mankind, especially Muslims in the current era, can emulate the characteristics of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in all things. He was not only kind to Muslims but also to all mankind, even to people who hated him.
The Prophet Muhammad SAW was an ideal husband and father who was full of affection and always acted fairly towards his wives. This is certainly an example for us Muslims. There are many lessons that I can take from the life of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, including practicing honesty and morality, maintaining justice and equality in leadership. Being patient even in difficult situations and following the guidance of Islam in every aspect of life. The Prophet Muhammad SAW was not only a religious leader, but also the greatest human figure in history. I will always try to follow his attitude and actions and apply them in every aspect of life.
