Hello good night all friends and welcome to my post in which I have discussed How Steemit Shapes My Growth-Personal and Professional as part of my participation in this contest organized by @alfazmalek.

How has Steemit helped you improve your skills or knowledge?

Steemit is a social media and blogging platform based on the Steem blockchain. The Steemit platform allows every user to get various benefits including the STEEM cryptocurrency. Of course, to get various benefits in Steemit, every user must actively create and curate content, and comment on other users' posts. All Steemit users have an equal opportunity to earn rewards for sharing their voices. The Steemit platform also offers opportunities for users to generate income from their content.

Personally, I have known this extraordinary platform since 2020. Until now, I am still actively creating content consistently. I always try to produce quality writing to attract other users. I cannot deny that the Steemit platform has changed me in many ways, especially in terms of writing skills. In general, I see that every user who has worked on Steemit for the past few years has changed many things in writing skills, and interacting with others. Steemit has also contributed positively in increasing my knowledge that I have never encountered on other social media.

In what ways has Steemit contributed to your financial or personal goals?

The Steemit platform has also changed me in terms of communicating with users from different backgrounds. Financially, I also earn a very decent income that helps fulfill various needs. With the income that I have earned in Steemit, I am very grateful to be a Steemian. Steemit has contributed to helping me financially so that I do not depend entirely on income as a worker in the real world. The income that I earn from Steemit is very helpful for both myself and my family. Steemit is the best platform I have ever encountered and has had a positive impact on my life. I have used some of my Steemit income to complete my master's studies. I also bought a number of necessities that are very much needed to support my daily work.

What strategies do you use to stay motivated and consistent while posting on Steemit

I don't have a special strategy other than being consistent in creating content every day on the steemit platform. Currently, steemit has become an inseparable part of my life. Therefore, I always try to keep creating content of at least one post every day, sometimes even more than one. In order to stay motivated in working on steemit, I always look at other users' posts. However, sometimes boredom definitely comes but it does not reduce my motivation and consistency in posting on steemit. I hope that I will remain consistent and always motivated in working on steemit even though in the last few days I have not received good support.
