Greetings to all steemians. Hope you all are doing well. Today, I am participating in an amazing contest hosted in Hindwhale community by an elegant lady @jyoti-thelight. I values and cherish this contest because it helps me to sit back and evaluate what I consumed on a particular day. Please follow through as I share my what I consumed on the day of February brings 28/2/2025.

MORNING

Waking up in the morning, I felt cold and almost all of my family members complained the same, actually since the beginning of this year yesterday was the frist day we had a heavy rain. I went to kitchen and warm my already prepared tea.

This is not the normal tea but this is attributed to nursing mothers because of it contains. The function of the tea is to reduce pain, postpartum depression, anxiety.

Here in my environment, It is advisable for all nursing mothers to take this tea because it is highly beneficial. It is advisable not to overuse, underused, or miss used. It is always recommended that we take depending on your body weight. My baby is two months old, as such I can take up to two tea cup and enjoy the warmness.

LUNCH

In the afternoon,l try to apply what I learnt in last week learning challenge about macronutrients and it combination. From the class we realised that the meal below contains all recommended macronutrients.

Rice is one of the meals cherished in all occasions, in short it is meal king of occasion in my environment and we consume it on a regular basis.

In case you feel like preparing the same Local Rice, my ingredients where:.Rice, fish, egg, stock cube, Fresh tomatoes, Salt,oil, pepper, crayfish, onion, Ginger and Garlic.

Rice is carbohydrates, Egg is protein, avocado is fat and other things contains vitamin and mineral. I see this meal as a complete meal in the right proportion.

MID-DAY MEAL

My Mid-day was stress free, I took nap, waking up,I heard a beautiful smell of soursop, I went close to the tree,I realised that two bunches was ripe. I plugged and enjoy it.

We all know that soursop is rich in fiber, vitamin C , magnesium and it also helps in proper digestion of food. Eating it in the mid day was an excellent fruit.Remember regular consumption of natural fruit can keep us away from hospital and other disease.

DINNER

In the evening, I prepare honey beans.This recipe one of the most simplest, fast, and proteinous meal that will never take your time. Beans contain amino acid which is the building house of protein. It is a good source of fiber. Beans are very rich in protein and minerals which provides many health benefits to the body when consumed.

My meal was delicious and my family enjoyed the recipe so much with heartfelt appreciation. Beans is my husband favorite meals and he was super excited to have this for dinner.
