I am happy to take part in this contest and my choice of word to pick and paint a story is Glow. The word Glow is known to be bright, shining, and healthy. Glow could be used in different events. Using the word glow on the skin.

When a person's skin is said to glow, it means it looks good and healthy. Most of the time, this could be a result of the skin care products they use on their skin. But remember, skin type differs. When you admire a person's glowing skin, never rush to get the same product the person is using without finding out if it will give you the same glowing effect.

My friend once met a lady who has healthy skin that glows, and she asked her the body cream she uses, and went ahead to get it for herself. When she applied it for about a week, she noticed her skin became darker, meaning the body cream was not good on her, thereby not giving that glow look she wanted and she stopped it immediately.

A person's glow could also be a result of what they eat, some people eat healthy, with lots of fruits and take more fluids, which keeps the body hydrated. With these practices you will see the person having a skin that glows without many skin care products, this glow naturally comes from the inside. I am of the natural glow, I do not need to do much treatment or creams on my skin because it does nothing to my skin. All I need is to feed well, get enough rest and be happy and you see the glow.

You can also notice a person glow when they are emotionally stable by being happy, comfortable, relaxed, and loved. While some people have a natural skin that glows.

Hormones are another factor that makes a person glow. This can be seen in some pregnant women, who get a uniformed toned skin that looks good and glows. Most times this glowing look announces their pregnancy to people.

A house can also be said to glow when it has a bright appearance with a light shining brightly. No one likes to continually be in a dark place, a glowing environment makes that place lively and gives a motivating energy. I have once visited a place where they were out of power supply, all through my stay was boring until i returned to my base with a constant power supply. When comparing these two environments, you notice the place with a constant power supply glows and is lively, keeping you happy.

Glow gives a positive atmosphere and a healthy look.
