Hearing the word business, our minds will definitely end up earning money, of course because the main goal of the business founder is to get a lot of profit, either in the form of money or objects, besides that there are also businesses that involve customer satisfaction such as handicraft businesses and also involve services that may not be measurable in terms of wages

My business is included in a business that involves skill expertise and also the perseverance of the nursing discipline that I have and I didn't get it for free but it took hard work and long sacrifices to be able to be at the top, now my business can meet my family's financial needs

At 15:00 I opened the door to my business and started running it like I usually clean the room and sweep first, while sweeping a patient comes brought by his mother with complaints of fever, cough and vomiting after examining his illness then I mix the medicine he needs

I make pulpis medicine which is given with paracetamol syrup, after serving the first patient, now another adult patient comes with complaints of joint pain and bloating and I also give medicine according to his needs

On business nights I have many patients with various diagnoses of their illnesses, they come before I arrive at my place of business they have been waiting for me for about 10 minutes, and when I open my business they immediately come in and I serve them one by one

At 21:00 a patient comes with sharp object trauma, namely being cut with a chip cutter until his hand bleeds, actually I don't like serving patients with bleeding conditions, especially at night I often refer them to the health center but because he is a regular customer I am forced to serve his illness

It is very unfortunate that the part of the skin that was cut has disappeared and the wound is a type of incision so it is very difficult for me to stop the bleeding so I just cleaned the wound put betadine and then I bandaged it then the blood stopped a little
