My Hobby

Good day my fellow steemians @steem4indonesia Let me use this great privilege to recognize and appreciate the organizers @steemhobbies for this context for organizing this wonderful contesit for everyone to participate and express themselves.

My hobby is cracking jokes to make people laugh. It is usually called stand up comedy. Stand up comedy is a crafted joke cracked on the stage for audience to laugh. It is usually done in events where people are sitted in numbers. It is an intellectual display where a dumb can't stand to display. It's not just being a comedian but trying all means to study the nature of your craft and being able to transfer laughter to everyone at all cost.

Comedy being my hobby is one thing that pleases me all the time because it gives me high Joy when I see myself on stage making jokes and at the same time I discover the crowd laughing to it. It makes me feel so contented and looks valuable to the society. The most important thing is that my hobby has made me to meet personalities in the society. I have been able to come across and also have a handshake with people I could never believe I would have been able to meet on my own.

Having comedy as my hobbies is a not also a guarantee that I don't have bad days towards it some days. There are days that I will get prepared and go for a particular event where I could display my talent and when I get to the stage I end up spending my whole time on the stage without no one laughing to what I'm saying. Sometimes the crowd even get tired of me being on the stage so some may even choose to should loudly for me to come down from the stage and when this happen, I feel so embarrassed and when I get back home I will feel so sad all through the day sometimes all through that week. But on most cases when such happen I get back home work on myself, figure out what made me not to be funny on stage and work towards that.

I will also say that it's not just enough to have hobby but to work on it and make it perfect because it can actually shoot you out. And there is a great happiness and joy when you discover that your hobby is something that is paying you. I have taken time to make my hobby to be part of my life. I recently discovered that my hobby is not just a hubby but it is a career to so many and on that note I have also decided to take it personal upon myself to let it bring forth what it brings to others financially.
