This morning I started my day by having coffee with my steemian friends. As usual, this moment is always fun because besides enjoying coffee, we also chat about various things, especially about developments on the #steemit platform. Some friends shared their experiences on how to improve the quality of content and strategies to be more active in the community. Conversations like this always give us new enthusiasm to continue working and sharing on the steemit platform.

After spending time at the coffee shop, some of us immediately headed to the elementary school to help set up the tent. This was part of the preparation for the orphanage celebration that would be held the next day. The teachers had prepared various equipment and we as village youth felt called to help.

Setting up the tents required good cooperation and coordination. We had to set up the tents firmly so that they would be safe to use during the event. Although it was quite tiring, we were happy to be able to contribute to this social activity. After the tents were set up, we also helped arrange the tables and chairs that would be used in the kenduri event there. The teachers thanked us for all our help, and we were satisfied because we were able to participate in this meaningful activity.

That night I attended congregational prayers, dhikr and yasin with the congregation at the pengajian hall not far from home. The solemn atmosphere made the heart feel calmer. Dhikr and reading of the Yasin surah were reminders for all of us of the importance of strengthening our relationship with Allah SWT and always being grateful for the blessings that Allah has given.

After the pengajian was over, I and some friends stopped by at a nearby stall. We sat in a simple hut while chatting casually. The quiet night with cool air made the chat more comfortable. I also took this opportunity to share with an old steemian who had not been active on the platform for a long time. I encouraged him to return to writing and sharing experiences on steemit, because the steemit platform can be a useful place to share knowledge and build a solid community.

Today feels so complete from morning coffee, working together at school, praying together, to casual chats at the stall. Hopefully every activity I do today brings blessings and benefits, both for myself and others.
