Essential Ingredients for My Recipe

Explanation


It is really difficult for me to specify just one hobby. My hobbies include drawing, painting, traveling, and cooking. I enjoy doing all these activities, and they make me very happy. So today, I will share a recipe with you from my cooking hobby.This recipe takes very little time to prepare, but it is incredibly delicious. Those who love fried food will find this an easy and tasty recipe. .

Today, I will share the recipe for Eggplant Chop or Beguni.

First, I take an eggplant and cut it into round slices. I make several circular pieces from the eggplant.

Next, I take about 150 grams of gram flour (Besan) in a bowl.

After that, I take a little water and mix all the ingredients to form a thick paste. I ensure that all the ingredients are well combined.

Now, I place a pan on the gas stove and pour some soybean oil into it.

I dip the eggplant slices into the gram flour paste, making sure they are well coated.

Once the oil in the pan is hot, I carefully place the coated eggplant slices into the oil.
