The umbrella of Frog Is the local name of Mashroom In our country. Mushroom is a very common figure in the village of our country. There are two types of Mashroom in the world, one is fungi and another is eatable. Scientifically Mashroom is not a vegetable but across the world, Mashroom considers as a very nutritious and tasty vegetable. Mushroom soup is a very popular food in many countries. Mushroom Farming can play a very important role to solve the unemployment problem in our country.

  • Calories : 28gm
  • Total Fat: 0.5 gm
  • Sodium : 2 mg
  • Potassium : 356 mg
  • Total Carbohydrates : 5.3 g (Dietary Fiber 2.2g, Sugars 2.3g)
  • Protein : 2.2gm
  • Vitamin C : 6.7gm
  • Calsium : 0.5 gm
  • Iron : 9.7 gm
  • Mushroom has a zero percent Cholesterol and a very small percentage of Fat. Without any doubt, Mashroom is a very healthy vegetable. Mushroom farming and commercialization, on the one hand, will meet our nutritional needs and on the other hand, will play a significant role in the development of our economy.

    There are seven types of Mashroom.

    • Oyster mushroom
    • Milky mushroom
    • Wood ear mushroom
    • Button mushroom
    • Heat tolerate button mushroom
    • Shitake mushroom
    • Paddy straw mushroom
    • Mushroom production method:

      In our country commercially Oyster mushroom is used to farming. Ready-to-produce PP bags are provided for farmers with spawn filling substrate, Farmers produce Mashroom from these provided bags.

      The weight of these bags around 500grams and contains with:

      1. Wood powder = 64%
      2. Wheat husk = 32%
      3. Rice husk = 4%

      • A small amount of lime and water are mixed with the mixture, The packets must be arranged in a straw bamboo fence.
      • After that, you need to cut off the part of the cut on the two sides of the bag.
      • After slicing, the bag should be submerged in clean water for 20-5 minutes.
      • The bag should then be kept on the floor for a half-hour on a clean floor or wire mesh to allow excess water to drain.
      • Now, in the backyard, the bags should be kept in a linear manner with a wooden back or bamboo machete.
      • When the outside temperature is low, cover the polythene on the bag and keep it for 2-3 days so that the inside temperature of the bag increases. At this time, the humidity of the room is 5% and the temperature is 25-5 C. It must be needed.
      • Must Spray water regularly in the bags
      • If it was covered by the polyethylene 3 or 4 times removing the cover has to make sure the ventilation.
      • After 2 days, the white pin-like part of the cut is visible through the cut part of the bag. The mushrooms need to be collected after another 2-3 days
      • Spraying water from the other side and then spraying the same way will produce new mushrooms.
      • A mushroom bag can be harvested 1/4 times
      • There have a lot of Mashroom all over the world. In our country, people are not used to eating mushrooms as their regular food. Farming mushrooms can play a very important role to reduce our unemployment problem.
