I think for simple things if they have validation or in cases of legal problems where there is a lot of bureaucracy, but if we talk about cases where the data is not clear I doubt that a person would trust an AI to defend him, I do not know where this trend will end but if it continues like this in a few years AI will deliver justice to people, a not very promising scenario for people who commit crimes based on their knowledge of how the law works, such as politicians and corrupt officials who take advantage of their knowledge of the law and legal loopholes to commit crimes
