It is evident that each one of us goes through a series of psychological transformations that arise in the process of motherhood.

It is evident that I should not go through this process since it is not the first child I have, however I must say that I had to live this experience with the psychological aspects involved since it has been 17 years since I had my son Yeferson Paul, so the psychological experiences are completely different, after 17 years the psychological process is as if I were living these experiences as if it were the birth of my first child.

Within this process of motherhood it is important to emphasize that I have lived very different experiences to the one I experienced in my first pregnancy, logically I think that being more mature in age has made me understand some things that I did not understand when I was younger.

Our lives before being a mother are very different from when we are mothers, especially if we take into account the psychological aspects involved, when we do not have children we may have an individualistic mentality, where our priority is ourselves, however this is a situation that changes when we become mothers, that is, we give greater importance to the process of motherhood for our children.

Stress is another factor that I have had to control, however if I compare it with the first pregnancy, I have been able to solve it in a better way in this process of motherhood than in the previous one, I assume as I had told you that it is because of age, I think that many of you have been able to assume a motherhood in a harder way as your age is older.

These are some experiences where some psychological aspects are involved and that I could share with all of you, I would like to know in the comments what experiences you have had in a maternity process where some psychological aspects are involved.
