There are certain problems of generalized social anxiety that generate a loop from which many people find it difficult to get out.

Social phobia also manifests itself as a generalized anxiety, in which many people suffer from an evil in which such people are shy and nervous in some pressing situations, all this happens in a way in which the person feels that everything becomes a vicious circle with no way out.

Social anxiety has a main characteristic that is to generate a generalized fear before social situations, an example can be when a person is afraid or embarrassed to dance in public, and we know that dancing is a social act that inspires masses of people, another example could be when one has stage fright to speak in public, when we know that today's society is inspired by acts that need speeches in public.

In conclusion, it is very difficult for society as a whole to adapt environments where these people can perform certain activities that do not generate fear, on the contrary, it is the people with this situation of anxiety or social phobia who must adapt with innovative strategies new forms of interaction in order to lose the fear of certain scenarios that are conducive to generalized social phobia.
