Hello, I casually wrote a few days ago about this topic in the post: Preparing a format for software evaluation

One point that I agree with is that beta testers are expected to be objective in their evaluation, in that sense I thought to find if there was any guide or format to report the results, as well as a protocol to perform the tests, then I took it to the case particular in which I was participating and raised an instrument of my own.

I would appreciate if you can give me feedback to improve what I was proposing.

      Nice post buddy
      Good work. From where I look there are 3 distinct roles in the field of beta testing a. The developer who lets out the beta testing job. The beta tester and the eveluater who coletes the info. How that is a broad statement and these roles can often merge and overlap. So often it is the devs or the 3rd party team that organises the structure of the exercise and the tools plus feedback method etc
