Trading is a skill, but is it something you can learn, or is a lot of it based on luck?

Marketing, sales, and content creation feel much the same way. Two people can learn the exact same trade while one is really good at it, and the other is not.

Being a typist was very black and white, you either typed fast and accurately, or you didn't. I guess, of course, that the nuances of being able to type and being able to get a well paying job were similar to being a "good" trader vs a trader who often loses money.
