Certainly the conscious and deep breathing, is a good way to emotionally control the attacks of fear that for some situation we experience in certain moments of our lives.

It is useful for many things but I have dedicated myself to grow it and really very beneficial but it is very effective in panic, thanks for commenting, greetings
