Let's talk about content bloggers and eyestrain

Those of us who are active on platforms such as #STEEM, specifically through the socialization of information or content creation, somehow understand the fundamental elements for the creation and management of blogs, as well as many of the strategies and tools that are used to ensure that our publications are of high quality.

Regarding the #Steem platform, it is worth mentioning that it has different potentialities among these; practicality when uploading content, connection and interaction with users from other countries through the management of comments, economic benefits through monetization, and fundamentally it has a visually very attractive web design.

Now, the visually attractive web design that #Steem exhibits, added to the widespread use and the amount of hours we spend creating content and interacting on the platform, with ideal conditions for our ocular system to deteriorate, and this we can see if we analyze the various visual disorders suffered by users who coexist in multiple platforms or social networks.

In this sense, it is important to highlight that it has been scientifically proven that the continuous use or exposure to light from computer screens and mobile devices generates visual problems, mainly those associated with visual fatigue, blurred vision, headaches, dizziness, dryness and redness of the eyes, as well as the development of psychosocial or mental disorders.

Therefore, the time we spend creating content on our platform can inevitably generate visual disturbances such as eyestrain, loss of vision power due to musculoskeletal disorders that occur at the ocular level as a result of constant visual exposure and the non-relaxation of eye muscles.

Consequently, and taking into account that for most of us the creation of content is our main activity, it is necessary that we start incorporating in our routine some tips that can help us to prolong our visual health, namely; wearing glasses, directing our sight to distant objects, analyzing and thinking while blinking, creating visual distancing with computer screens between 40 to 75 centimeters from the face, making adjustments of contrast, brightness and increasing the size of the letters, as well as taking breaks between days or at least at intervals of 1 hour.

It can definitely be time consuming most of the time to be able to focus on blogging most especially when you look at the time you are spending every single time on it. Most of the time what I usually use to do is to take some time off the light because of my eye
