maintaining the good spirit between workers is essential to work for HR since that will increase the worker's productivity for most of the week, and I've never thought why they don't give the workers their weekly wage at weekends, but now I know.

It is unfortunate to know of the high number of workers who collect their payments on Fridays and when they arrive home they have already spent everything, leaving their family without sustenance, without food ... it is a tragedy.
