Decision-making will always be an issue. Learning to say no, especially that. This always brings with it some complications, but it could bring them. Especially when dealing with immature people who don't like to get a no in response.
We will always be learning and it is necessary. It's not easy to get started, and it's certainly up to us to make many mistakes, and learn from them, but it's part of everything.
