Unfortunately, companies do not manage this school-company partnership initiative of their own volition, developing educational assistance programs through scholarships, as you point out in your publication, among other options.
It seems that the only way they include it in their planning is that it is mandatory to allocate a % to it or else they are sanctioned, but that is linked to the policies established by each government.
