This is really so sad and I really know how it feels creating content and earning those hive tokens. I would have said you should message probit team and I could already see that you've done that. I think it's best you make use of Twitter by tagging their official page and also tag great hive influencers on Twitter.

This is really one of the reasons I don't sometimes trade on some exchanges. I'll love to ask if it's actually your first time using the platform? Did you input your correct details? You can also do the required KYC as they've stated and let's see what happens next. I can assure you that you can never loose your funds if you are really doing the right thing.

    Hey, thanks for this tip of doing the twitter thing.

    To your queries - nopes, I am pretty seasoned in these things, I have earlier once withdrawn HIVE from Probit exchange, however, erred maybe a stronger password was required.

    I did input the right details.

    And more on the Probit support - they closed the support query marking it as solved. Well believe it!!

    I will do the twitter thing, but so much work no results ma..can be frustrating, so much time and efforts on replying, attaching documents, framing letters and all that!!

    Yup I have done really amazing content on Bitcoin, Eth, blochchain, some investing and all... it definitely sucks that some of those earnings evaporate not because of any volatility but because it got lost in Probit Exchange!!

    And more than that - they have actually not told anything on what happened to those funds, I guess its been hacked!!

      And I submitted my KYC documents before to that exchange, I got mail that it got rejected but they did not say why?...what was lacking in my kyc documentation?.

      I got my KYC approved in every other exhange - Bitrex, Binance and Wazirx and other exchanges as well.

      Also they are confusing... hide your last 7 digits in your id??? ...so I take extra efforts in editing the proof for them...hell they are, and no one is there to explain this... I have to read and understand.

      So much to read , not all the time you can understand the requirements when read, you get doubths, no support to answer your quiries.

      It's automated, go look at the FAQ and if you submit documents as asked , it would et approved it seems... anyway!!
