RE: Understanding Algorithmic stablecoin how it works, and what future it hold and in the crypto space

in Project HOPE3 years ago

A person is used to feeling everything with his hands, with distrust, with apprehension. The trouble with stablecoins is their appearance too early for the perception of the layman. A third of humanity does not even know about bitcoin. How can the blockchain work if the support in the form of users with a philistine worldview is unsteady. Any shake-up and bitcoin either falls or takes off. And after the collapse of stablecoins, things are even worse now, there is no trust, and this will give a delay in their development. This is my view for today.

Stablecoins have always been a safe place where investors seek refuge during market crashes with what happened with UST investors feel no longer safe around unbacked coins hope in near future investors can reclaim their trust on algorithm coins.

The security of investments in crypto is from the realm of illusions, society is just beginning to comprehend digital assets, any force majeure is possible in the process of formation. The stems will fill their niche, but it will take time to teach the society how to use them and a lot of money to advertise them.
