The theme of leadership is truly fascinating, cultivating those qualities to manage any project is admirable. Often the people who are in charge of a project commit authoritarian mistakes, this diminishes the effectiveness of the group to achieve the objectives.

It is not being at the forefront of the project that makes you a leader, it is the way you manage the human and material resources that you have at your disposal.
