Advancing Your Modus Operandi
Sometimes, you may be doing good in your business, and quickly assume that; it's the best that you can do. But in reality, if you make some advancement in your modus operandi, your results can go from good to excellent, within a relatively short period of time.
Basically, your modus operandi is the way you do your work, or you do a specific thing. As usual, it's easy to get stuck at a particular level; whereas you should actually be aiming for the highest level achievable. This is one big reason for mediocrity.
The average man mostly gets too excited with his current way of operating, that's why he's stuck at average. Whenever you allow yourself to be overly satisfied, you'll remain at that level, or fall below it gradually. That's why you need to keep your fire burning.
What will surprise you is that - even those super rich people that are way ahead of you, are still rigorously making efforts to advance their modus operandi; whereas you may be going soft on yourself. And that's not right. You should use what you have to the highest potential.
A lot of people could have achieved a lot more in their life time, but because of the fact that they don't work constantly on advancing their modus operandi, they never reach their full potential. Your goal in your life time, should be to become your best self. And you can only become your best self, by constantly advancing the way you operate.
