In the first part of the time management post we look at prioritisation while in the second part we look at scheduling but in this part three we are going to look at distractions. One of the most powerful forces in life that can limit a man or woman in any aspect of life towards achieving success and their goal is distractions, and these distractions come in different forms. When it comes to time management, we need to learn how to eliminate distractions and stay focused, using our time productively. How can we eliminate distractions?

Manage you phone

Uncontrolled use of a phone can cause alot of distraction and waste a lot of time. Some time you need to off the phone or just put it in another room and maximise your time towards achieving your goals and targets.

Identified what distraction you


Sometimes we need to identify what the cause of the distraction is. List them out and remove them. Digital distractions are very common today, with people spending hours on social media and things that are not necessary. So we need to take away digital distraction.

Self discipline

Discipline yourself to resist small distractions as you do that you will develop self discipline that will help you to resist big distractions and overall managing your time.

By doing all these things daily, you will be able to eliminate distractions and stay focused on achieving your set target and managing your time effectively.
