The psychological effect of weekends, for Latin American workers is very marked, since as you mention, from Monday they are already planning what to do on Friday, parties, excursions, any kind of celebration sets the tone. I am sure that if it happens that the payment mechanism changes for some companies, it will have an effect on their productivity.
