@josevas217 thanks for this pose I really like the example you gave which said "Example, life is continuous, since we are born until we die, however, the human being has divided it by stages (childhood, infancy, adulthood...), but is there really a point in which we consciously say, since I am no longer a child and I will be a teenager?, No, true, so the best thing is to visualize that everything is a continuous process, and that we must enjoy it." it makes a lots sense if one really think about it.
