I often think about having few days off from any digital devices, social media and work in general. Somehow it never happen. There is always something "urgent" or simply my addiction to being online is to strong for me to stay away for longer than few hours.
Thanks for sharing details of this experiment. Results are more than interesting. I however cannot picture situation in which just couple of days would improve anybodys posture. That require weeks (if not months) of constant effort to stop slouching. So I would not believe in those "results" blidnly.

Thank you for sharing your view. Yes you said right it will take weeks but if we do it with exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, knee to chest stretch, and some other then we can make our spine in good posture that will help us to improve our overall posture. I forget to add these exercises in the content. Will add in the next health related post.
