Greetings friend @amestyj, nature is amazing the things it can do, this phenomenon happened in our municipality Colon, affected a lot of people, especially fishermen in the area, for which we must have respect, and thank you very much for the information regarding the waterspouts.
Greetings @chucho27, I can imagine the effect it could have caused to the fishermen and how worried they would be, let's just hope that if they reappear no one is affected.
