Metaverse and marketing.
With this type of implement you have access to an augmented or expanded reality in which, for example, a child can try a toy through a viewer or a woman can try on a pair of shoes, as if she were in the shoe store. On the other hand, Virtual Reality can be used in metaverses to develop products, brands, articles, as well as the sale of various digital services and even personal errands. Being a metaverse character, the customer can go to a virtual store and see, hear and touch the products, something that makes it a unique attraction for any marketing company.
This new global element will be a site with many possibilities, for example to hold business meetings, virtual classes, games, or celebrations. Brands will be able to organize events in these virtual spaces. This will bring changes in the way consumers act, they will be able to be in 2 different realities, which is a challenge, it is also a way to attract new customers, especially the younger and technological ones, who show interest in innovations. Technology never ceases to surprise us, although it is taking its first steps, the pandemic has accelerated the whole process, including human creativity, making realities come together and marketing does not escape from that.
" ... In the metaverse, marketers will no longer be limited to flat-screen ads. They will have a whole virtual universe to create immersive 3D experiences for the companies and brands they represent. ... "

Hi @aplausos, they are 2 branches that go hand in hand at the present times, this marketing in the metaverse or of the metaverse, really brings good results for all involved in the process.
I like the idea of a metaverse, however I would not use a centralized metaverse like facebook. Metaverses should be made by and for the community. Thank you very much for sharing your post.
