Hello my friend @madridbg, very interesting article, from my point of view a leader not only organizes and delegates functions, for me a true leader as you mention in your article is one who takes initiatives, encourages and motivates his friends or employees, otherwise he would be a simple boss who takes advantage of his power to coerce those who are under his command.
