As per my thinking both are important at the same point. Yes but you are new person then you should first focus on making yor blog good and successful so that people will come and read your post then you can think about the money or rewards.
Thank you very much @adityajainxds for your valuable comment, I did not mean that the rewards are not important, however when that is only what you have in mind your creative capacity is limited, the purpose of your message is conditioned by the result you expect get and that's where your blog loses personality and style.
