Why You Wake Up Tired Even After 8 Hours of Sleep

If there is actually something I have noticed that have really changed in my life recently, I will say it is the fact that I love doing research about a lot of things that I usually ignore when growing up or didn't even pay attention to then as it ought to thinking it is not really necessary. But well, things have changed. Few days ago, my curiosity rises when I note down an observation that I believe everyone of us always ignore.

I usually notice that I quickly feel tired anytime I wake up from sleep even most of the time after 7-8 hours of quality sleep. It is quite understanding that I sleep tired but still waking up tired raises curiosity for me and I make some research what might have been the course. I believe I am not the only one in this shoe as there are a whole lot of us who always experience that same way.

Medically it has been proven that the recommended minimum amount of sleep is 8 hours. But even with that, sometimes after sleeping for that long, we will still wake up that tired and feeling fatigued, what might have been the reason. Well today I want to share with you some of the secrets I discovered when making the research. Stay tune.

Now the mistake we always make is we think whenever someone say he sleeps for 8 hours, we always think that means a quality sleep. But that is not true. You can have 8 hours quality sleep and at the end of the day it is not quality. Personally, when someone begins to wake up frequently during that 8 hours of sleep, it is reducing the sleep quality and all of these things can cause mental stress to us. This can now lead to the person waking up and feeling quite tired even though that person might have sleep for 8 hours.

For some people actually, the issue is not the sleep quality neither is it the number of hours they sleep. For some people, they might be suffering from what we usually call sleep disorder. If you are the individual that have this sleep disorder was types like sleep apnea or insomnia, they can lead you to always experience fatigue whenever you wake up. The most unfortunate part is those people suffering from sleep disorder might not even know that they are suffering from this disorder until they make medical test.

The other last factor that can cause it is mental health and accumulated stress which everyone of us always face probably due to our hectic schedule. Well there are some medications that helped to cure mental stress. Not even mental health also, if you are the type that loves taking alcohol, caffeine and other lifestyle decisions, all of these things can lead you to always feel tired and still experience fatigue even after you wake up. For most of the time, we always ignore waking up tired thinking it is not a big issue but the issue it is a big issue that sometimes we need to look into.
