How to Overcome Procrastination and Get Things Done

in Project HOPE2 months ago

Growing up, I have been so much familiar with a lot of quotes and one of them is the fact that if you want to be big, you need to dream big. That is really a very massive and popular quote that carries so much power but most of the time I always discovered that it is not really interpreted correctly.

People have been taught to dream big but I have come to discover that even if they dream big, they find themselves not achieving that which they really dream at the end of the day and it can really be frustrating. But the issue is that, no matter what happens if you did not apply discipline to your dreaming, you will not be able to achieve that which you want to achieve.

There are several instances that we want to achieve something but at the end of the day, we discovered that we did not later get that to achieve and that is most of the time we always Procastinate that which we need to do.

Over the years, I have really been a victim of procastination several times and I must tell you it is not really something that is good. It will hinder you and not make you to actually achieve that which you need to achieve. That is just the power of procastination.

Back to the topic for today. One of the ways I was able to overcome that procastination was the fact that anything that needs to be done, I get it done. We need to learn how to do things and position our lives so that we can get maximum productivity. Procastination is really a deadly disease that everyone of us must actually avoid before it is too late.

Hi @adese

Interesting choice of topic.

As much as I found it easy to overcome procrastination myself - I often wonder how to change my wifes mindset and help her overcome it as well. Any advise? :)

ps. please try not to post more than one publication daily in Project.hope. I don't want to mute your posts but I need to ensure that noone is dominating our community with their publications.

Good read. Upvote on the way :)

Yeah thank you so much that you found the topic to be informative and knowledgeable. A lot of people are suffering from procastination.

And also, thank you so much for calling my attention to that posting frequently. I will definitely reduce it now to once in a day.

Thank you for your constant support all this while. You are a rare gem
