The Diary game||Sunday Best||Better life on steemit||Date:12-Nov-2021

Everyone in this wonderful community, I pray that my entry finds you well and smiling. For those with life challenges, just keep the faith, you have our prayers and support. Things will change for the better side.

Yesterday was my best Sunday, that's what I can say😊😊, I woke up as early as 07:30 Am, had our family morning prayers, took shower, prepared my self and then proceeded to church for sabbath service!! In yesterday's service, we had a baptism of our very own House Helper called Anitah for us we call her Senga

Following the good lessons which were taught to her, Anitah was even more than ready for both baptism and confirmation

Before one is baptized in the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints He/she is taught several lesson from the authorized people like Ordained Elders of the church or set apart Missionaries

And such lessons include,

• The Restoration
• Atonement
• Repentance
• Baptism
• Word of Wisdom
• Law of Chastity
• Tithing and Fast offerings

After being taught all those lessons, the candidate is interviewed to find out if is conversant with them, and if the answer is Yes then we proceed with the baptism and still if the findings is No, we help that candidate to understand those lessons and then we baptize him/her.

Its always good for the candidate to know these lessons, because with baptism, the candidate is making a covenant with God. So I am so happy for Anitah that she made these secred covenant with our father in Heaven, and she now just have to endure to the end!!

After church service, we came back home and had our lunch. It was a nice one!! Matooke, White Rice, Greens and pork with an ice cold Coca-Cola 😋😋

From having this heavy lunch, we rested for some time until 06:00 Pm, then I and my dear wife, proceeded to visit one of the church members who is battling with a kidney failure!! It was so nice to have a meet up with this friend and sister, because she has spent several months while admitted at Kiruddu Hospital

This sister served us with Ensenene with Juice

This delicacy was so awesome, we enjoyed it while this sister was bearing to us her testimony she experienced in the hospital, she really still needs our prayers and support. We believe she will overcome this!!

At 08:00 Pm, we left her with a blessing for the sick!! Came back home, took shower, had supper at 09:30 Pm, and then had our night prayers and went into bed.
