The white rabbit
Have you seen the Matrix? I will go on the assumption the answer is Yes since it is over 20 years old. 20!
At the end of the first installment, Neo sees the world as code, streams of 0s and 1s that scroll across every surface, cover every wall and he has the ability to make sense of it all, to understand the underlying principles of the world. He has awakened to the reality by seeing through the illusion. He has become, enlightened. You can do the same, kind of.
Some people have asked me over the weeks and months and more often recently as to how I am able to produce so much content so fast and unfortunately, there is no short cut to the work involved. It is a process of experience built combined with a lot of hard work. I do not type quickly and my backspace key is worn thin from typing errors but, it is a consistency of mind combined with a consistency of effort approach. Subject matter however is another process entirely and one that doesn't take me much work.
When it comes to ideas for articles, I am a little like Neo in this regard as I see streams, rivers and pools of content flowing across every surface. I hear a few words and it ignites a light that shines into an unexplored corner, I see a behaviour, a picture, a video and more and more ideas flow outward. Each one I discover, each I throw my limited mind at, compounds against the next to come, opens me up to see a little wider, broaden a stream, find hidden rivers and deepen the pool. And I love it.
It is not about being right or attempting to showcase the limited intelligence I have, it is about having a conversation with the world, negotiating and becoming familiar with what I previously had overlooked. It is a slow picking apart of the strands of fabric that weave into the illusion of belief, and seeing what lays beneath. The journey is endless and one can run and run until out of breath and still be deep within the unknown.
For me, it is not finding content that is the challenge, it is finding the time to get my mind dirty in what is discovered, get some thoughts out before the next river flows into consciousness and hijacks my energy and demands my thought. So far, this process has opened me up to worlds that I had never even dreamed existed but there they are, in plain sight. The most mundane of things hides wonder within its details, deep truths so obvious that once seen, life changes direction forever.
Much of this world is about control, oppression and restriction and unfortunately, we use it to contain our thoughts, limit ourselves by adhering our minds to arbitrary rules. We destroy our own creativity with narrow focus, we bury our potential in the consumption of homogeneity, we kill what makes us human. Throw off the yoke we have placed upon our own necks, break the chains, remove the lid, unfreeze the rivers.
Follow the white rabbit.

Gotta work with what you've got :)
This article reminds me of an old quote :
live like nothing is a miracle or like everything is.
And it is very truth. If you find magic in everything - the flow of thoughts is unstoppable!
best regards :)
I like the sound of this and I will have to think about each side of it and see if it makes a difference which I choose. Thanks!
