A Very Soggy Park Run and Sweatcoin
I'm not much of a runner but my wife is quite obsessed. So much that running through this kind of boggy mess doesn't really put her off too much.
If you have not heard of Park Run's, they are a non-profit organisation with the intention of getting everyone running and being fitter. It's a great idea and even on days like this a turnout of over 200 is quite regular.
This one we attend EVERY Saturday (me watching, she running) and is a great venue in that it is very flat and you can see almost all parts of the 5k run from a central point. It was pouring with rain and yet they still come.
Runners just discard their clothes even in this horrible weather. The organisers have a large pile of unwanted items that have amassed over the months.
And here they are doing times of 24 and 27 minutes, not bad considering the conditions.
I do believe Park Run's are now in Europe as well as the UK.

On to another matter, my daughter brought this IOS (Apple) application to my attention called SweatCoin. Its a pedometer that pays in the form of crypto-currency for walking outside. The trouble is said currency is not really anything at all .. YET.
The developers plan on developing an exchange and creating an ICO. How these walking coins will fit into it, I don't know. So why bother you say?
If you are a runner, then all you need to do is keep the application running. Most runners use Runtastic or Endomondo and still can, but why not just keep SweatCoin running too. We are all crypto-nuts to some extent or we wouldn't be on Steemit right?
Their is a healthy buy/sell forum for these coins in Discord for these coins already, current price is 0.05 each. I have around 106 coins now giving me a value of $5.30. woo! Buyers pay by PayPal.
OK, so your not going to be a millionaire but what's there to lose? if they create an ICO and an exchange.. who knows what will happen next.
You can buy things with the right now using the SweatCoin app,.
And other things if you don't do anything but run 24 hours a day!

This is a STEEM reprint of a post from 2 years ago.. - I gave up on Sweatcoin a long time ago. They say.. if you gained 100,000 coins you can trade them for $1000.
I wonder if they monitor the runners and pull the offer at the last minute? I mean, where does that $1000 come from?
The ICO and Exchange listing never happened. Another pipe-dream.

If you found this article so invigorating that you are now a positively googly-eyed, drooling lunatic with dripping saliva or even if you liked it just a bit, then please upvote, comment, resteem, engage me or all of these things.
Them ICOs, almost 100% of them were a damn con
Yeah, they were crap. I dumped some shit-coins the other day at a 98% loss. Feb '18 was bad time for buying.
I am thinking of just dumping some. The only thing is though they are worth so little it's almost not worth the bother!
You have some too? I spent £200 and got about $5 back. Sickening...
Jings man, I was buying during the bull run, I have bags!!
Great job, well done bro. Good for you..
