I cut the cord a year ago. Just like you are getting ready to do, except I opted for Hulu instead of YouTubeTV. (It's $5.00 more per month).
I will continue with Hulu at least into April when I am considering shutting it down until football season. Part of that is predicated on how bad the Mariners and Blackhawks are. So, after the NCAA tournament...
Our local TV is awful so I don't spend much time there except for sporting events...
I use prime, too. In fact I'm listening to prime music right now as I do every morning. The 'free' selection is just awesome...
I did buy a years worth of Disney+. I figured I'd get the money out of watching all the Star Wars flicks. Another hidden gem is Discovery Stream that is $20 per year and ALL documentaries. Way worth it for me...
Enjoy the savings. I certainly do. BTW my Spectrum internet is $65 per month as a stand alone. Worth it in speed for me.
Good to know! Thanks for the info. It is a little nerve wracking making the change from something that has been so familiar for so long. Complacency shouldn't be an excuse for throwing away money though. We have access to Discovery Education through school so it is probably a lot of the same material. I am really excited about getting back the Smithsonian channel with YouTube TV.
