INTRODUCTION

Greetings to all the steemians in the house. I want to cease this opportunity to appreciate the community for verifying my first achievement post and for the votes, the truth is that I am super excited to be delivering my second achievement post.

What is Security?

Security is an act and process of limiting or preventing the access or interruption of a guest into a personalized data or property.
Security simply connotes the state of freedom from danger,threat,harm, hackers and viruses.
Some examples of security in our modern world are:

Identify and access management

Encryption,
Email security etc

An inefficient security in whatever we do often leads to failure, losses and waste of time, effort and resources.
I will like to commend the tight security structure made available on steemit.

TYPES AND FUNCTIONS OF STEEMIT KEYS

There are basically three (3) categories of steemit keys which are:

Public Keys
TRON account keys
Steemit private keys

TRON PUBLIC KEY

This is the key that must be use for transfer of TRONS. You can send yours tokens/coins to the public key whenever you want to.

TRON ACCOUNT KEY

This key consist of TRON public key and TRON private key;

TRON PRIVATE KEY

This is the key that must be use for signing a transaction of TRON. It can also be use for transferring, voting and freezing tokens/coins. The TRON private key has the highest authority on your TRON ACCOUNT.

STEEMIT PRIVATE KEYS

These keys are made up of four (4) major kinds which are:

PRIVATE POSTING KEY

Your private posting key must be use to log into website such as steemit.com. It can also be use to perform social actions like posting, commenting and voting on steemit.com

PRIVATE MEMO KEY

We can use the private Memo key to decrypt private transfer memos with any transaction failure. This key must be well kept and secured.

PRIVATE ACTIVE KEY

This key is used for wallet related deals and monetary actions. It can be used for transferring tokens or powering STEEM UP OR DOWN without stress and errors.

PRIVATE OWNER KEY

Just as it's name implies, it is the key that belongs to you that also own other keys. It can be used to recalibrate all other keys. This key can be used to recover one's account if losed within thirty (30 ) days. I recommend you keep this key offline by writing it down safe.

PUBLIC KEYS

There are four(4) major public keys known as : Posting public key, Memo public key, Active public key, Owner public key).
The above keys mentioned are attributed with usernames and are used to encrypt and verify messages.

Please note that public keys should not be used for login functions. Your public should keys can be retrieved from the site http://steemscan.com/account/your username.

MASTER PASSWORD

The master password is a secret to be kept and not to be shared or casted. It is the elementary data we use for the generation of the document that entails your steemit keys information.

IMPORTANCE OF STEEMIT KEYS

It prevents your account from being hack.

It enables tight security protocol

It encrypt user action from public access.

It ensures safe transaction.

It ensures safe transfer of token.

THE ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURE OF STEEMIT KEYS

If we take a concise view of the steemit keys, we will discover that the keys where built alongside with some QR bar codes. The QR bar codes is to allow steemians to access their encrypted password information instantly when it's been scanned with a QR enabled device.

This QR bar code technology points us to the fact that STEEMIT platform was built with an updated form of technology.

Below are the architectural view of each TRON and STEEMIT keys:

TRON PUBLIC KEYS (TRON ADDRESS)

It is made up of upper,lower case alphabet with numbers. It has a total number of 34 data entries.

TRON PRIVATE KEY

It consist of an upper case, lower case and few numbers with a total number of 64 data entries.

PRIVATE POSTING KEY

Consist of 51 data entries that are made up of an upper case, a lower case and some numbers.

PRIVATE MEMO KEY

This key is made up of 51 data entries with an upper and lower case letters including numbers.

PRIVATE ACTIVE KEY

This key is made up of 51 strict data entries made up of an upper case, lower case and numbers.

PRIVATE OWNER KEY

This key is made up of 51 data entries with well organized upper and lower case alphabet with numbers.

The four (4) public keys (posting public key, memo public key, active public key, Owner public key) are made up of 53 data entries which consist of an upper case , lower case letters with numbers.
