Posting key :

The Posting Key is used for everyday Activities on Steemit such as post commenting upvoting, and following other users It is the safest key to use for general interactions because it does not have access to wallet transactions.

do not enter it on untrusted third-party websites
use It only for logging into Steemit or Authorized app
store it securely in a password manager

Active key :

the active key on steemit is an important Security key that Grants access to Financial transactions and other critical account activities.
Active key is basically used for power up, and power down and transfer your fund to another steemit account

Transferring steem tokens to other user
Powering up or powering down steem
Converting steem Dollars (sbd) to steem
Managing your market order
Authorizing certain account related actions

Owner key :

The owner key is very important key with the key you can change your other key and you can also call this key is recovery key of steemit.

the most powerful key used to change other keys and recover a compromised account Since this key has Ultimate control over your account it should be stored offline in a secure location and never used for daily activities.

Memo key :

This is used for encrypting and descripting when you are transferring funds to another account.

used to encrypt and decrypt messages. this key ensures that private messages or sensitive transaction memos remain secure when sending a message with encryption only the recipient with the correct memo key can decrypt and read it adding an extra layer of privacy to steemit interaction.

How do you plan to keep your master password ?

Answer :

i save all my keys in my google drive and also i take the print out of my all keys and also save the keys on my usb.

never use it for daily activities "use the Posting or Active Key instead"
store it securely offline "in a password manager printed copy or a safe location"
use it only for key recovery or account security update
never share it if someone gets access to your master key they can fully control your account.

Do you know how to transfer your steem token :

Answer :

Yes, i know 1st you need to open your steemit wallet and then.

after then you need to click on drop down button there you will see the transfer fund option after that write the user name where you want to transfer fund also write the amount of fund which you want to transfer.

and then click on next apply your active key and your fund will transfer sucessfully.

Go to Steemit Wallet and log in using your Active Key (not your Posting Key).
Go to "Transfer"

In your wallet, find your STEEM balance.
Click on the "Transfer" button.
Enter the Recipient's Username

In the transfer form, enter the Steemit username of the person you want to send STEEM to.
Double-check the username to ensure you're sending it to the right account.
Enter the Amount

Type the amount of STEEM you wish to send.
Add a Memo (Optional)

if necessary add a message in the memo field.
if sending to an exchange make sure to include the required deposit memo.
Confirm and Submit.

Yes , i know to power up. let me show step by step 1st you need to open your steem wallet then. click on drop done button there you will see the power up option.

then click on power up write the amount you want to power up and click on power up button and apply your active key.
