My First Report On Steemit

Greetings beloved Family, I have no doubt but to subscribe to the philosophy that says "that the journey of thousand miles begins with a step". Today I affirm that the journey of even a Zillion miles must always begin with a step. I am super excited to share with you all my journey so far on Steemit. Thus, My Report.

How I joined Steemit could best be summarized using the words of my Coursemate @basil20 who is also a dedicated Steemian and associate mentor to me in the platform. I can still recall Basil whispering to my ears after a long essay Exams saying "Marvelous, you have good writing skills and Steemit would appreciate your welcome" I smiled and decided to make more enquires about steemit." I joined Steemit on that very day 13th of January 2025.

I joined Steemit with the aim of improving my writing skills, getting to learn from other Steemians and as well as leveraging my financial reputations because I was pre-informed about the incentives involved. My intensions however, was not really centered on the finance. Rather it was centered on the words of @nsijoro who advised me to pay more attention on the Quality, Originality, creativeness and consistency of my posts for it pays. Throughout my stay on Steemit I have ensured that I worked strictly on this and behold! It is paying me gradually.

Though, My Achievements on Steemit dates back to the 13th of January 2025, the love, oneness and support received within the span of one month makes me feel bad for not locating this family earlier before now. I did my Achievement 1 post under the watch of my mentor @Bossj23 and co-mentor @basil20. I was not expecting to receive any support until a curator surprised me with about 2 plus dollar vote. This vote is a testament of my journey so far.

For the span of 1 months and 3 days, I have created a total of 90 works comprising of posts and comments. Specifically, I have been able to create an achievement post, a total of 31 posts on the areas of Education, Delicacies, Love, Reports, Agriculture, Pictures, poems etc. I have made about 59 comments of which the notable ones include my reply to a critique from @wakeupkitty and engagements on fellow Steemians posts.

Out of the 90 posts, I have made 6 personal posts created out of Creativity and Experience on various aspects of life, 20 are posts created in response to contest while 4 are my dairy games. These Posts were made across a total of about 12 communities including; Steem4Nigeria, Knack4buzz, incredible India, Steem for better life, Teachers and Students, Steem-agro etc. These posts have gained the attention of many Curators, and booming supporters. I can't for now say which of my post is the highest paid because, I am still hoping to have a support from Steem Curator 01 and Steem Curator O2 accounts. Untill then I will have my most valued post. As such, I am determined to ensure that my contents remains at it very best.

I have joined a total of 39 communities and I have always endeavored to be active, committed and law abiding to the best of my knowledge. It is worthy to mention that through this communities I have built friendships, trust and have been able to increase my reputation and account worth. Posterity would not forgive me if I should fail to mention that I have won several contest which have paid through Steems, Steem power, curator supports and booming supports. I have met notable figures such as @wakeupkitty, @goodybest, @okere-blessing and I have been able to relate a more free with @alexanderpeace and @chommygift. A relationship I am still trying to build stronger beyond Steemit communities' level.

My experience on Steemit is highly memorable and it meets my expectations. Let me begin by mentioning that through Steemit, my thinking skills and writing skills are growing intensively. I can now say vehemently that creating original contents is indeed a birth mark of all dedicated Steemians. The timely moderation of posts and the diplomacy of community moderators in correcting my mistakes are experiences I don't wish to forget in a haste.

Meanwhile, I would be unjust if I should fail to mention that they are certain inadequacies in the platform. I tagged it inadequacies since it goes against my expectations. However, it could be that my expectations are even the main epitome of inadequacies. These inadequacies on my part comes in when my hours written posts fails to make a single support, vote or comment. It makes me feel as though I am not meeting up with standards. Obviously, it is always discouraging.

Another bitter experience I would appreciate and solicit clarification is on the differences in the supports values i receive on Steemit . I.e when comparing my notifications on the site using chrome and the notification using my Steemit app, There's always a slide difference of about a dollar. This slide difference brings some elements of doubts on the operation of the platform. Aside from these which I strongly believe would be looked upon, I have no doubt that all my Expectations are moving smoothly.

My Expectations for the next few months on Steemit is concretized beyond human imagination. I am hoping to add more values to knowledge through effective, valuable, and impactful content creation. I anticipate relating with more Steemians both from my country and outside my country.
