The Economic Activity Diary (8th March 2025) Purchase necessary vegetables and other products.

The day was another huge market listing day. I did a large scale market on this day. My diary today is about market activities.
That morning, I woke up and headed for the market. My roommate and I completed this market activity together. We have a very long time, but we wanted to complete the market activities early. We left for the market just after 8:30 in the morning. We used rickshaw transportation to go to the market.
It took us approximately fifteen to twenty minutes to get to the market using a rickshaw. Anyway, I reached the market while sitting in a rickshaw and enjoying the open weather.

We finally arrived at the market. After going to the market, we first entered the fish market according to our list. We want to purchase the necessary fish from the fish market. That's why we need to review some store-bought fish. After checking the price, we decided to purchase the necessary fish. We entered the fish market and started checking the prices of the fish we wanted. The price of fish seemed relatively low today. That's why we reviewed it a little more.

We decided to buy live fish that day. Although the price of live fish was relatively high. Yet we were able to purchase very good quality fish within our budget. We bought 10 kg of fish from the fish shop. The price of fish per kilogram is 230 Bangladeshi taka.The total price list of which is mentioned below.

We caught very good fish here. All of the fish were alive, proving that they had been taken from the pond only a short time ago. It will be much tastier to eat than dead fish. Anyway, after purchasing the fish, we took it to the designated place for cutting. We selected a worker to cut the fish. They were very skilled at cutting fish. I was watching them cutting fish with amazement. I was afraid their hands would be cut off, but they were fine.

We went to a vegetable shop. Because there were many vegetable items on our market list. We ordered the vegetables here according to our list. I have mentioned the names and price list of the products I purchased from this store below.

I have calculated the price of each product mentioned above in terms of price per kilogram. The products here were quite fresh and reasonably priced. Anyway, we bought a fair amount of vegetables from here. After buying all the vegetables, I bought some more groceries. Now we have to buy rice. We went to a rice warehouse to buy rice.

The rice warehouse was very large. There are many types of rice available here according to demand. The price of the rice has been determined according to its quality. I was looking for good rice within our desired budget. Here we got the rice we wanted. The price of which was set at 1,440 Bangladeshi taka per sack. We bought two sacks of rice from here. Before purchasing rice, we checked the quality of the rice in the godown. I have mentioned some pictures below.

Anyway, we were buying the necessary rice. Here we bought two twenty-five kilogram sacks of rice for 2,880 Bangladeshi taka. The total cost was 2890 taka, including transportation costs of 10 taka. Anyway, we paid the price after buying the rice. I have added a price list of rice below.

After buying rice, we hired a rickshaw to return home. I loaded a rickshaw and headed home from the market. We faced the harsh afternoon sun as we arrived home. The harsh midday sun was hitting our heads, taking its toll on our bodies. Anyway, take a look at the picture below to see what the road conditions were like in the scorching sun.

Anyway, we finally reached home. After arriving home, we paid the rickshaw fare. Our transportation cost from the market to our home was 50 Bangladeshi taka. Which has a steem value of approximately 3.33 steem. I came home refreshed. Then I took a long rest.
