Highlighting A Branch Of The NFWP in Mbak Ekpe, Ibesikpo Asutan L.G.A, Akwaibom State on The Map
Structures are raised every month on earth; new locations are being verified as a frequent STEEM Atlas user. Today I decided to bring a new location to the Google Map via the STEEM Atlas project, and that is the Nigeria For Women Project, cited in this coordinate in Akwa Ibom State, Ibesikpo Local Government Area, Mbak Ekpe. Before I delve into the detailed structure of this place, which may not be quite voluminous, I wish to give a brief intro. into the NFWP, an initiative founded by the "Arise Agenda" in the regime of Governor Umoh Eno in continuation of the "Dakadda project" by Governor Udom Gabriel Emmanuel.
Seeing that women in most villages are mostly involved in the processing of palm oil and seek to extract products from oil palm trees, like their oil and the kernel, the government seeks to establish a place like this to aid the extraction of this instilled product without stress. This initiative doesn't just stop at the establishment of a point where women can process farm products but also provides them with work tools and fertilisers to improve yield.
From afar you can see the nature of this structure. I will be giving you full details of the machinery that could be found here, hereby sticking to the map, so that if by chance the government seeks to have a view of the location of the citation of this branch of NFWP, they will track it with ease. I believe there will be an expansion soon, as there are enough parcels of land on its sides for purchase if need be.
Looking first at the borehole, this branch of this project is meant for palm oil processing only, and the processing needs a lot of water. In very local oil mills, the tanks are not always mounted on high stands, but here they are because it is a government project and must be more modernised.
What I will be highlighting is the security level of the place. They have a broad gate where palm fruits to be cooked can be driven in by a truck and will be secured; they have a tall fence that hinders intrusion; and they also have a very nice security post where about 3 security personnel can inhabit for securing the place both day and night.
Looking intently at the mounted staircase made of a very strong metal, this is channel where the fruits carried up by who ever intend to process at that time and be poured into the machine, I don't really know how the heating process will look like till the grand opening of the place for general use, but i heard there might be using gas for boiling these fruits. Notwithstanding the unprecise heating process which is above, the fruits will be moved to the hydraulic press, and then it moves to the shaft selector. Here it separates the shaft/spongy part from the kernel; this is done continuously till the processing is done.
One unique feature of this place is that after carrying the fruits to the top, which in the long run may have a lift so that carrying loads will be minimised and conserve strength, everything moves from engine to engine to the final stage, and so does this oil palm processing; it may not require you to carry oil palm products throughout the processing period. An intent look will give you a clear view; when the grand opening of this place occurs, I believe more machinery will be mounted and this will be updated.
