Steemit Learning Challenge Season 23 Week # 3. This week of the competition @karianaporras mam has brought Exploration-s23w3 /Outdoor Kitchen.) Competition. By participating in the competition, we will gain some new experiences. Always familiar with indoor kitchens, today we will be familiar with outdoor kitchens. Along with this, we will be able to have a great experience.

  1. Tell us about your experience with outdoor food, what do you like to prepare, do you enjoy the process?

My outdoor food experience was very wonderful. I liked making outdoor foods. I had experience cooking in the kitchen, but this is my first outdoor cooking experience in an outdoor kitchen. I used to watch such outdoor recipes on the Discovery Channel. They would burn whatever they found around them and make it suitable for eating. While preparing outdoor foods, I felt like I was going on an outdoor trip and making such outdoor foods. I went into that fantasy world for a short time. I enjoyed these processes and was happy. Thank you @karianaporras mam for making us witness this unique experience.

  1. Prepare two of the 3 recipes explained in the course and present them creatively.

🥩Ingredients for making kebabs:🥩

★ Chicken meat

★ Capsicum

★ Onion 1

★ Wooden sticks

★ Salt as needed

★ Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon

★ Soy sauce 1 teaspoon

★ I have prepared all the ingredients required for making kebabs.

★First, I cut the chicken into small square pieces. Then I marinated the chicken pieces well with a little salt, chili powder, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce for some time.

★ After marinating the meat, I cut the onion and capsicum into thick pieces.

★Now I introduced the meat, onion, and camcicap, which were spread on a wooden stick.

★ Then I made a brazier with wood and bricks. For my indoor recipe, I will not need direct fire, it will cook on the heat of the fire.

★I arranged the sticks on the wooden grill to cook in the heat. I turned the wooden sticks now and then and grilled them until they turned brown.

🥔Ingredients for Pahuevo🥔:

🥔 3 large potatoes

🥔3 eggs

🥔Salt to taste

🥔Aluminum foil

The making process of Pahuevo

√First, I washed and cleaned the potatoes well. Then I cut the top of the potato like a hat.

√ After cutting the top of the potato, I used a knife to remove the inside of the potato and made holes. After removing the core of the potato, I saved them.

√I broke the egg in a cup, beat it with salt, poured it into the hole of the potato and filled it. In the same way, I filled three potatoes with three eggs.

√After filling the potatoes with the egg, I put the cut part of the potato on top and wrap the potatoes well with aluminum foil paper so that nothing inside comes out.

√I also sprinkled a little salt on the filling inside the potatoes and wrapped them with foil paper.

√Now I will put the wrapped potatoes directly in the heat of the oven. I will keep them in the coals of the oven for half an hour and shake them.

√ After half an hour, I took them out of the coals of the oven and removed the aluminum foil. Then I saw that the egg inside was cooked very well. It was not only aesthetically pleasing but also delightful to eat. While making the Pahuevo recipe, I was remembering my childhood. When I was a child, I used to eat potatoes roasted on fire like this, but there was no egg in it.

🥖Ingredients for Hunters Bread🥖.

🥖1 cup of wheat flour.

🥖1 tablespoon of sugar.

🥖1 pinch of salt

🥖Water for kneading.

🥖1 wooden stick

√ I took a cup of flour in a bowl to make the dough. I added sugar and salt to the flour.

√ After mixing the sugar and salt well with the flour, I made the dough with little water.

√ Once the dough was made, I let it rest for some time and divided it into two parts. Then I stretched it with my hands until it became a long rope-like shape.

√ I rolled it around the wooden stick and let it rest for 15 minutes.

√ I set the wooden stick on the coals in such a way that the heat reaches them properly and cooked it until it turned golden.

√ It is a delicious bread, sweet or savory. My son was quite happy to enjoy this bread.

  1. Which of the recipes was the easiest and the most difficult for you? Why?

I found all the recipes easy. Even though I made these recipes for the first time, I did not find them difficult. Our Outdoor kitchen course teacher @karianaporras mam has given very nice lessons to facilitate the understanding of the students. Through the lesson review given by her, even a new chef can make these recipes very easily. Our teacher explained the recipes to us very easily. At the end of her lesson, I did not have any questions about the recipes. I found the recipes very easy and I was able to make three recipes effortlessly. I did not have any trouble making the recipes.

  1. Which Steemians would you invite to eat your preparation and why? How would you invite them?

I will invite @dove11 to eat the food I have prepared. Because he is a very good traveler. He travels to different places. I will invite him to eat the food I have prepared and ask him whether the Outdoor recipes I have prepared are suitable for eating during his Exploration. How effective will my recipes be when he goes on an outdoor trip? I live far away from him. And I am not personally familiar with him. Discord or Telegram are used to communicate with each other on the Steemit platform.

I use it. In that case, I will be under Discord or Telegram to invite him.

  1. The assigned tasks must be illustrated with images and at the end a selfie with the dish ready.
