On a cool night, my wife and I decided to enjoy a typical culinary that is quite famous in the Simpang Rangkaya area, namely Mie Bakso Gatok. This place is indeed one of the favorite places for local residents, especially for lovers of meatballs with a savory taste and broth that tempts the appetite.

The three of us set off, me, my wife and our little daughter. On the way there, our daughter was still fast asleep on her mother's lap. The atmosphere on the way was so calm, only the sound of vehicles passing by could be heard around. My daughter's face looked so peaceful while sleeping, making our hearts as parents feel calm.

Arriving at the bakso gatok stall, we immediately ordered two bowls of meatball noodles with beef tendons which are famous for their generous portions and delicious taste. There are also various other menu options available such as meatball tendons, chicken noodles and spicy meatballs for those who like a taste challenge. But this time we still chose our favorite, meatball tendon noodles.

It didn't take long for the order to arrive. The aroma of the savory broth mixed with the aroma of beef jerky immediately aroused our appetite. My wife and I immediately enjoyed this dish while occasionally looking at our little daughter who was still sleeping soundly on her mother's lap. Moments like this, although simple, felt so special. Eating with a partner, sharing stories and still looking after the little one who was still sleeping, became a special happiness for us.

The price of two portions of bakso noodles is only 30,000 rupiah, and a bottle of mineral water is 3,000 rupiah and is very affordable for the delicious taste that we get. After finishing enjoying the food and paying, we decided to go home immediately considering that the night was getting late and our daughter had not yet woken up from her sleep.

Although a short visit, this experience left a warm and pleasant impression. Simple but meaningful, and that is the joy of spending the day with my beloved little family.
