"Shopping Diary Game [Date: 07/03/2025]. Today's grocery shopping at my home

With respect and love for everyone, I will start the competition today. We all know grocery shopping is a big part of our daily lives. Every day, we need to do some grocery shopping. Similarly, in today's competition, I will discuss my financial expenses or what I needed in my grocery shopping today in Steem4Entrepreneurs. Today's contest is organized by @hive-171433. The contest is called "Shopping Diary Game [Date: 07/03/2025]. Today's grocery shopping at my home. Today, my grocery shopping included the following essential items:
- Fruits: Dates, Grapes, Watermelon, Lemon
- Vegetables: Cucumber, Brinjal, Carrot, Coriander Leaves, Tomato, Sweet Potato
- Chicken Eggs, Quail Eggs
- A Biomil2 Milk, A Vinegar, A Soya Sauce, A Sajeeb Brand Orange Flavor Tank, A Vim, Two Savlon Soaps, A Super Glue, A Box of Polar Ice Cream.
Here is the amount of grocery shopping I bought, along with the Bangladeshi Taka to Steam price:
First, I went to a super shop and bought some essential items for my home from there.
From the supermarket, I first bought a Biomil 2 milk for my eleven-month-old baby. Biomil 2 milk is very good, so I give it to my baby.
Then I bought vinegar to make tomato sauce. I bought a soya sauce to make the grill. I bought an orange tank from the Sajeeb brand to relieve body weakness in the summer. Then I bought two Savlon soaps and a Vim to wash dishes, I also bought some super glue. Finally, I bought an ice cream from Polar company to eat at home.
Then I went to a fruit shop. From there, I bought grapes, dates, and watermelon.
Grapes contain a lot of nutrients. Grapes meet the body's vitamin and mineral needs. Grapes contain a lot of minerals like manganese, which helps in bone formation and strengthening bones. Therefore, grapes are a very beneficial food in our diet.
Dates are a fruit rich in nutrients. Dates contain a lot of vitamins, minerals, calcium, and potassium. Dates also contain a lot of fiber. All the iron required by the body is in dates, so we should eat at least two dates every day.
Watermelon is a very useful fruit during the summer. Watermelon contains 92 percent water. So watermelon fulfills the water requirement of our body. Watermelon is a summer fruit. So, it is very necessary to include watermelon in our diet at this time.

After buying the fruit, we went to an egg store. From there, we bought a dozen chicken eggs for our consumption. And we bought twenty quail eggs for the children to eat.
Eggs are considered a super food. Because eggs contain a lot of vitamins, proteins, and fiber. So we need to include eggs in our daily diet along with other foods. We should eat at least one egg every day.
Quail eggs are very nutritious. After 40 years of age, doctors forbid people from eating all types of eggs, but quail eggs are rich in nutrients and do not cause any harm. So, people of any age can eat quail eggs. That is why I selected quail eggs for my child and regularly feed him four quail eggs.
Then I went to the pharmacy to get medicine for my child because of the cold and heat. When I went to the pharmacy, I bought a Norsol drop for the child and an Alatrol syrup that my child's doctor had prescribed.
Then I took an Entazol drop for myself.
Then I went to the raw market. I bought carrots, eggplant, sweet potatoes, and coriander leaves from the raw market.
Carrots are a nutrient-rich vegetable. Carrots are called superfoods. Eating carrots fulfills the body's vitamin needs, meets the need for antioxidants, helps prevent cancer, helps protect the heart, brightens the body's skin, and controls cholesterol and blood sugar. So we should include carrots in our daily diet.
Eggplant is a nutrient-rich vegetable. The antioxidants in eggplant help prevent cancer. Eggplant has no cholesterol. The iron in eggplant helps increase blood in the body. Eggplant also helps dry wounds quickly. So, eating eggplant is very beneficial.
Tomatoes are carotene-rich vegetables. Tomatoes contain protein, carbohydrates, fiber, fat, and vitamin A. In addition, the vitamin C in tomatoes helps to increase immunity and also helps to increase eyesight. In addition, tomatoes increase digestion. Therefore, it is very necessary to include tomatoes in our diet.
Sweet potatoes are a nutrient-rich fruit. Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A. Sweet potatoes help keep the eyes healthy and help prevent night blindness, reduce the risk of stomach cancer and ulcers, and help maintain good heart health. However, eating too many sweet potatoes can cause indigestion and stomach pain.
Coriander leaves contain a lot of vitamins. Coriander leaves contain minerals, including vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin A, potassium, and calcium. Coriander leaves enhance the taste and aroma of food. A study has shown that coriander leaves help reduce epileptic seizures and anxiety.
Cucumber benefits the body in various ways. Cucumber helps in reducing body weight by cutting down the body fat. Therefore, cucumber works as an ideal tonic for weight loss.
I bought these during today's grocery shopping for my household needs. I tried to buy some nutritious fruits and vegetables for my household. I also bought some necessary accessories.
