THE DIARY GAME : 23.10.21 - Happy Saturday friends! Busy day as expected and had a chicken tajine for lunch and cheesy twist for tea time!
As mentioned some days ago...these days I am getting busier day by day!
I got a contracted order from a big company where I need to supply for lunch everyday!!!
This is great as the last 18 months, my business was nearly dormant and now things are picking up!
Now on, every Friday/Saturday/Sunday I'll be super busy...but I'll look for some free time to write my blogs too and share all the yummy foods and places I've been around the island!
So today after my breakfast, I went directly to my restaurant to help my team prepare the lunch we had to deliver before noon...and when I came back home at around noon...
Lunch was ready!!!
My wife cooked a delicious chicken tajine loaded with vegetables! Tajine is yummy and healthy too!
As usual I had mine accompanied with steamed rice...
Playing a little with the kids and walk around to enjoy the beauty of nature!
After this yummy lunch, I played a little with my 2 kids and just before I went for a shower I walk around outside to enjoy the beauty of nature...

Tomorrow I'll pick up some of these lovely mustard flowers and use them in a recipe!
Mustard leaves and flowers are nice in salads...do try it and you'll be surprised!
Tea Time!
After taking a shower and got ready to go to work again...for the diner service, the tea table was set...
Home Made Cheesy Twist!!!
This was a request from my daughter...she asker her mum to prepare it and my wife did it today!
And the first piece was for @dear.rheem of course!
Just after my tea, I went directly to my restaurant to prepare the different orders we had for the day!
Busy diner service but lot of fun!
This is the advantage when your work is your passion!!! You never get fed up!
Everything went well and guests were happy!
Needless to say...I am super tired but satisfied!!! I just came back home and just look at @prince.omar...He made a mess in his playing room! OMG!!!
Kids are kids...and we need to have patience with them! They will make mess for sure...hmmm what if the parents participate in this mess too!?
This is my way of parenting...I just enter the messy room and enjoy the messiness together with my kids!!!Lol!
So here we are for my Saturday friends...
Very busy day for me, with yummy foods and enjoying some time with my kids and family!
At the end of the day...right now...I am having a feeling of super satisfaction! This is how we all should be feeling despite everything that happens during the day!
