I have been following and writing about the process of our Cherry Tree since it started to bloom then the flowers turned into small green cherries and now...
The Cherries are getting ready!!!
The work of nature is simply extraordinary...
Yesterday when I went to my restaurant I noticed some red color on the cherry tree...
And when I came nearer...I saw some of the cherries turning red!
Still the start...
This is only the start and for some days we will only see couple of cherries getting red...but in a week time the whole tree will turn red!
New recipes based with local cherries!
We will be super happy to get such nice products to use in our cooking for the pleasure of our guests!
I have in mind to make a coulis of these local cherries and make a recipe with chicken or meat...I have to see where it will work better!
In my restaurant, we favor seasonal products over everything else...like this we always have new dishes on our offerings!
My wife and daughter will enjoy these cherries...
Same like last season, I will bring my wife and daughter to eat some fresh cherries during the course of this week...they love this activity a lot!

Please not that these cherries have nothing to do with the usual ones! The taste is different, the texture also and have more seeds inside!
The only problem is that the cherries season is of a very short period of time...in maximum 2 weeks it will be over and we will have to wait long before we get some more fruits!
